Announcement of Important Fact

ELLAKTOR informs the Investment Community that its subsidiary HELECTOR with its 100% subsidiaries German companies Herhof GmbH and Helector Germany GmbH jointly signed a contract with the ZAKB Service of the German State, in Heppenheim, Germany, for the design, construction and commissioning of a household organic waste treatment plant. The contract amounts to 10.04 million euro and the project, based on the contractual schedule, will be delivered in January 2015.

 The plant will have a treatment capacity of 31,000 tons of waste annually, from which biogas will be produced for the generation of electricity (RES) as well as soil conditioner. The plant will use anaerobic and aerobic digestion technologies.
