It is hereby announced that on December 10^th 2012, PIRAEUS BANK S.A. sold 1,955 MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. shares of total value EURO 16,070.10. This announcement is made in the context of article 6, paragraph 1(b) case (iv) of the Capital Market Commission Decision 3/347/12.7.2005, considering that Mr. George P. Alexandridis participates in the Board of PIRAEUS BANK S.A. as an Independent Non-Executive Member and, at the same time, in the Board of MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. as Non-Executive Member.
