OTE'S SUBSIDIARY COSMO BULGARIA MOBILE EAD CONCLUDES

SYNDICATED LOAN AGREEMENT

Αthens, December 20, 2012 – The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA), in accordance with Law 3556/2007, 1/434/03.07.2007 Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, article 13 of Law 3340/2005 and 3/347/12.07.2005 Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that:

Its subsidiary Cosmo Bulgaria Mobile EAD raised Euro 153 mn under a Syndicated Loan Agreement. The agreement provides banks the option to increase their commitments until the end of February 2013 up to a maximum total loan amount of €200mn. 

The loan is unsecured, has a tenor of 4 years with an amortizing repayment schedule and a margin of 5.50% p.a. over Euribor.
