Lapse of the right to the dividend for fiscal year 2006

ELLAKTOR S.A. informs the investing community that the five year period for the payment of the dividend for the fiscal year 2006, expires on 31/12/2012. After this date, dividends not payed to registered shareholders will be written off, according to the Law, in favor of the Hellenic State. 

The shareholders registered for the dividends of the fiscal year 2006 that have not yet received them, may contact the Shareholders Department (tel. number:+30 210 818 5076) until 31/12/2012.
