Due to changes in the composition of the trading hours of the shares listed on the Athens Exchange, which will be put into effect on April 18, 2005, it is expected that the shares that are transferred into the three-hour trading will be erased from the indices in which they are participating.

Also, due to the lapse of 10 business days from the start date of the suspension of trading of the shares of the company "IPIROTIKI SOFTWARE & PUBLICATIONS S.A." the erasure of the company?s shares from the indices in which it participates is expected to take place.

More specifically, the following changes will be realized in the composition of the ATHEX Indices:

The share of "IPIROTIKI SOFTWARE & PUBLICATIONS S.A." is deleted from the said Index without its immediate replacement from another share. The replacement of the share on the index will be carried out in accordance with the terms & conditions stipulated in paragraph 10.1.1 of the "Ground Rules for the Management and Operation of Indices" of the ATHEX equities market, after the lapse of ten business days.

The share of "IPIROTIKI SOFTWARE & PUBLICATIONS S.A." is deleted from the said Index without its immediate replacement from another share. The replacement of the share on the index will be carried out in accordance with the terms & conditions stipulated in paragraph 10.1.1 of the "Ground Rules for the Management and Operation of Indices" of the ATHEX equities market, after the lapse of ten business days.

The vacant positions in the Index will be filled during the next Indices Review.

The share of «IPIROTIKI SOFTWARE & PUBLICATIONS S.A.» is deleted from the said Index without its immediate replacement from another share. The replacement of the share on the index will be carried out in accordance with the terms & conditions stipulated in paragraph 10.1.1 of the ?Ground Rules for the Management and Operation of Indices? of the ATHEX equities market, after the lapse of ten business days.

The share of "IPIROTIKI SOFTWARE & PUBLICATIONS S.A." is deleted from the Index and it is immediately replaced by the share of the company VARDAS S.A. (CR), in accordance with the special terms stipulated in paragraph 7.4.1 of the "Ground Rules for the Management & Operation of FTSE/ASE Indices".

The share of "IPIROTIKI SOFTWARE & PUBLICATIONS S.A." is deleted from the Index and it is immediately replaced by the share of the company VARDAS S.A. (CR), in accordance with the special terms stipulated in paragraph 7.4.1 of the "Ground Rules for the Management & Operation of FTSE/ASE Indices".

The aforementioned changes will be put into effect after the close of the ATHEX trading session on April 15, 2005.
