Within the frame of the Group's initiatives for achieving strategic targets and improving competitiveness, the Board of Directors of HELLENIC PETROLEUM S.A. convened on 18.12.2012 and, acting upon the management decision no. 1193, decided the following organizational changes and respective promotions, effective as of 01.01.2013:

• The upgrading of the Group Strategic Planning & Development Division to General Division, and the promotion of Mr. George Alexopoulos to General Manager.
• The upgrading of the Group Legal Services Division to General Division, and the promotion of Mr. Ioannis Apsouris to General Manager.
