The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that Mr. Antonios Agiostratitis son of Miltiadis, “Other Manager” of the Company, proceeded on 30/11/12 to the sale of 2,239 common shares at the price of 3.33 euros of total value 7,446.95 euros.
