FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2013

In the framework of informing investors and pursuant to article 4.1.2 & 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Exchange Rulebook, CENTRIC HOLDINGS S.A. announces its Financial Calendar of 2012:

• March 29^th  2013. Announcement of the Full Year 2012 Financial Results.
• June 20^th  2013. Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

The Company will propose to the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders to not distribute any dividend for the Financial Year 2012.

The Company reserves the right to change the above dates, following relevant timely notification of the public by amending the present according to the rules of the Athens Exchanges Rulebook.
