MOTODYNAMICS S.A. announces in accordance with article 16 of Greek Law 2190/20 and with Regulation no 2273/2003 of the European Comity, pursuant to the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated 26/06/2012, that has proceeded on 3/10/2012 to the purchase of 23 own shares with an average purchase price Euro 0,4752 per share and a total purchase price Euro 12,02. The above 23 shares were purchased through ALPHA FINANCE.
