Αthens, January 24, 2013 – The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA), in accordance with Law 3556/2007, 1/434/03.07.2007 Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, article 13 of Law 3340/2005 and 3/347/12.07.2005 Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that:

According to its transactions' notifications of 23.01.2013 and 24.01.2013, PIRAEUS BANK SA sold 20,000 shares of OTE SA a total value of 125,100.00 euro on January 22, 2013 and 20,000 shares of OTE SA a total value of 127,355.80 euro on January 23, 2013 respectively.  

OTE SA announces these transactions since Mr. Vassilios Fourlis, Member of its Board of Directors, is also a Member (Non-Executive) of the Board of Directors of PIRAEUS BANK SA.
