MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that Mrs Andriana Gioti, obligated to notify pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, as a person related (wife) to Mr. Evangelos Mytilineos, Chairman and CEO of the Company, bought, on January 10th, 2013, 30,000 common shares of the company of a total value of Euro 149,399.34. This transaction has been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005.
