The CEO of the company SIDMA S.A., Daniel Benardout announces that Mr. Antonios Karadeloglou, who perform the duties of the Commercial Director, as of 10.1.2013 assumes the position of General Manager of the company, which remained vacant since June 2011. The above statement is in accordance with the article 6 of the L. 3340/2005, the articles 2 and 3 of the decision 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Boarding Committee of the HCMC and the articles 4.1.3.1. and 4.1.3.6. of the Regulation of ASE.
