MOTODYNAMICS S.A. announces in accordance with article 16 of Greek Law 2190/20 and with Regulation no 2273/2003 of the European Comity, pursuant to the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated 26/06/2012, that has proceeded on 18/01/2013 to the purchase of 690 own shares with an average purchase price Euro 0,4000 per share and a total purchase price Euro 291,15. The above 690 shares were purchased through ALPHA FINANCE.
