Due to the elapse of ten trading days, since the transfer of the shares of the Company DYNAMIC LIFE S.A. to the "Under suspension" status and according to the Ground Rules for the Management of the FTSE/ASE Indices, the share of the Company will be erased from the indices in which it participates.

In particular:

• The share of the Company DYNAMIC LIFE S.A. will be erased from the FTSE/ASE Small Cap 80 Index and will be replaced by the share of the Company BYTE Computer S.A. with weight percentage of 20%.

• The share of the Company DYNAMIC LIFE S.A. will be erased from the FTSE/ASE 140 Index and will be replaced by the share of the Company BYTE Computer S.A. with weight percentage of 20%.

The replacement of the share will take place after the end of the trading session on 3.1.2005
