Αthens, January 2, 2013 – The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA), in accordance with Law 3556/2007, 1/434/03.07.2007 Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, article 13 of Law 3340/2005 and 3/347/12.07.2005 Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that:

According to its transactions' notifications of 31.12.2012 and 2.1.2013, PIRAEUS BANK SA sold 60,000 shares of OTE SA a total value of 307,328.44 euro on December 28, 2012 and 20,000 shares of OTE SA a total value of 101,900.00 euro on December 31, 2012 respectively.  

OTE SA announces this transaction since Mr. Vassilios Fourlis, Member of its Board of Directors, is also a Member (Non-Executive) of the Board of Directors of PIRAEUS BANK SA.
