As of 31.12.2004, due to the transfer of the share of the Company INTERSONIC ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES S.A. to the ''Under supervision'' status, the share of the Company will be erased from the Indices in which it participates.

In particular,

• The share of the Company INTERSONIC ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES S.A. is erased from the ATHEX Parallel Market Price Index, the ATHEX Parallel Total Return Index and the ATHEX Industrials Price Index and will be replaced by the share of the Company POULIADIS ASSOCIATES CORPORATION in the ATHEX Parallel Market Price Index and the ATHEX Parallel Total Return Index and by the share of the Company CRETE PLASTICS S.A. in the ATHEX Industrials Price Index.

The replacement will be effective after the end of the ATHEX trading session on 30.12.2004.
