As part of the obligations of the Company to inform investors, Hellenic Exchanges SA announces the Financial Calendar for 2013:

·         Release of Fiscal Year 2012 Results:                 Monday March 11^th 2013

·         Release of First Quarter 2013 Results:              Monday May 27^th 2013

·         Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:         Wednesday May 29^th 2013

·         Dividend beneficiaries – Record date (*):         Wednesday June 5^th 2013

If there is a decision to pay out a dividend, the ex-date (Monday June 3^rd 2013) is before the expiration, on June 15^th 2013, of the following future contracts that are traded in the derivatives market: Future with the HELEX share as an underlying security.

·         Dividend payment date (*):                              Tuesday June 11^th 2013

·         Release of Six Month 2013 Results:                  Monday July 29^th 2013

·         Release of Nine Month 2013 Results:               Monday November 25^th 2013

(*)  The abovementioned dates are subject to approval by the Annual General Meeting of shareholders.

Any dividend for fiscal year 2012 will be paid out through a bank. The bank chosen (to be announced later) will credit the operators' accounts, and they in turn will credit the beneficiaries' accounts.

The annual meeting with analysts concerning the 2012 financial results will take place on March 11^th 2013.

The results will be published after the end of trading on Athens Exchange on the release day, on the Company's website (www.helex.gr) as well as on the website of Athens Exchange (www.athex.gr). The results will be published in the (Greek) press two working days following their publication on the Company's website.
