Announcement of Substantial Holdings L. 3556/2007

Pursuant to the provisions of L.3556/07 and following a disclosure received on 03.10.2012, OPAP S.A. announces that following a decision by the Interministerial Committee for Asset Restructuring and Privatization, the Hellenic Republic transferred 12,760,000 shares (i.e. 4%) as well as the respecting voting rights of OPAP's share capital to the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF).  Following this transaction HRADF now holds 105,270,000 shares (i.e. 33%) while the Hellenic Republic's direct participation in OPAP's share capital now stands at 1%. It is noted that the Hellenic Republic as a sole shareholder of HRADF indirectly controls the voting rights.
