Announcement of regulated information according to the L.3556

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, the following:

-          Mr. Charalambos Sgouridis, “Other Manager” of the Group, proceeded on 17/01/13 to the sale of 360 common shares at the price of 4.23 euro of total value 1,522.80 euro.

-          Mr. Krzysztof Kaminski, “Other Manager” of the Group, proceeded on 22/01/13 to the sale of 5,000 common shares at the price of 4.22 euro of total value 21,077.46 euro.
