According to its transaction notifications of 19.10.2012 and 22.10.2012, PIRAEUS BANK SA, where Mr. Vassilios Fourlis is Non Executive Member of the Board of Directors, on October 18, 2012 sold 20,000 shares of OTE SA a total value of 73,300 euro and on October 19, 2012 sold 20,000 shares of OTE SA a total value of 75,485 euro respectively. Mr Vassilios Fourlis is also Member of the Board of Directors of OTE SA.
