According to PIRAEUS BANK SA's transaction notification of 18.10.2012, 4,161,140 shares of OTE SA were transferred from ATEbank's investor account  to PIRAEUS BANK SA's investor account on October 17, 2012. Mr Vassilios Fourlis is Non Executive Member of the Board of Directors of to PIRAEUS BANK SA and he is also Member of the Board of Directors of OTE SA.
