Due to the expiry of ten working days from the start date of the suspension of trading of the shares of the company EMPHASIS SYSTEMS SA. and in implementation of the Ground Rules for the Management and Calculation of ATHEX Indices, the ATHEX will remove the shares of the company from the indices in which it participates without however replacing them directly by the shares of another company.

The replacement of the shares in the said indices will be carried out according to the terms and conditions stipulated in paragraph 10.1.1 of the Ground Rules for the Management and Calculation of the ATHEX Equities Market Indices after the lapse of ten days.

More specifically, the shares of the company EMPHASIS SYSTEMS SA. are removed from the Composite Index of the Parallel Market, from the Total Return Index of the Parallel Market and from the High Velocity Index.

The removal of the shares from the indices will be realized after the end of the trading session of the ATHEX on 18/03/2005.
