Announcement of regulated information according to the L.3556

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, the following:

-          Mr. Spiros Anifantis, “Other Manager” of the Group, proceeded on 18/01/13 to the sale of 2,500 common shares at the price of 4.20 euro of total value 10,500 euro.

-          Mr. Stavros Georgakopoulos, “Other Manager” of the Group, proceeded on 21/01/13 to the sale of 4,000 common shares at the price of 4.20 euro of total value 16,806 euro.
