Further to the Intracom Holdings' previous relevant announcements, the Company announces the extension of the time period for the exercise of its put option right for the sale of its 49% participation in Intracom S.A. Telecom Solutions to JSC Sitronics, for 1 more month, ie till the 31^st of October 2012.

Intracom Holdings shall duly inform the investment community on any future developments relating to the exercise of its put option right within the framework of applicable laws.
