As a result of the semi-annual review of the FTSE/Athex Index series the following changes will take place:

• For the FTSE/Athex 20 Index, a total of two (2) additions, two (2) deletions from this index and two (2) investability weight changes to existing constituents.

• For the FTSE/Athex Mid 40 Index, a total of two (2) additions, two (2) deletions from this index and one (1) investability weight changes to existing constituents.

• For the FTSE/Athex International Index, a total of eight (8) additions, no deletions from and six (6) investability weight changes to existing constituents.

• For the FTSE/Athex SmallCap 80 Index, a total of eight (8) additions, eight (8) deletions from this index and one (1) investability weight changes to existing constituents.

• For the FTSE/Athex 140 Index, a total of eleven (11) additions, eight (8) deletions from this index and seven (7) investability weight changes to existing constituents.

Following the changes in the FTSE/Athex 140 constituents there will also be changes in the FTSE/Athex Sector Indices.

All changes will be effective as of Friday December 01, 2006.
