Change of Corporate and Trade Name

Eurobank ("Bank") informs the investment community that the Annual General Meeting of June 29, 2012 resolved, amongst other issues, to change its corporate name in the Greek language to «Τράπεζα Eurobank Ergasias Ανώνυμη Eταιρεία», with the trade name remaining the same as «Eurobank Ergasias», and in the English language to change its corporate name to «Eurobank Ergasias S.A.» and the trade name to «Eurobank».

The Ministry of Development, Competitiveness, Infrastructure, Transport & Networks by its decision No- Κ2-5558/02-08-2012 approved the amendment of Article 1 of the Bank's Articles of Association. The Athens Exchange was notified of the above decision on 3/8/2012.

Following the above, the date of change of the Bank's corporate and trade name in the Athens Exchange is set for 8/8/2012.
