Pursuant to the provisions of L.3556/2007, Piraeus Bank announces that on the 30th of July 2012 “PPF Group N.V.”, directly and indirectly controlled by Mr Petr Kellner, disposed voting rights, held indirectly through the shareholder “Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft Filiale Prag” acting as custodian of “PPF Group N.V.”,  falling below the 5% minimum threshold.  

The voting rights attached to shares prior to the triggering transaction are as following: the total number of voting rights was 65.412.930 and the total percentage of the voting rights was 5.72%.

The voting rights attached to shares following the triggering transaction are as following: the total number of voting rights and the total percentage of the voting rights are below the 5% minimum threshold.
