The dossier of the technical bid concerning the State Lotteries, was submitted by the consortium in which OPAP S.A. takes part

OPAP S.A. make this announcement to the investment community, pursuant to Law 3556/2007, as well as the Capital Market Commission's decision No. 3/347/12.7.2005, according to which the consortium of companies:

1. OPAP INVESTMENT LIMITED

2. LOTTOMATICA GIOCHI E PARTECIPAZIONI S.r.l.

3. INTRALOT LOTTERIES LIMITED

4. SCIENTIFIC GAMES GLOBAL GAMING S.à.r.l

Submitted today, 30/11/2012, at The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF), file A, as it is provided in the public international call of tender to grant the exclusive right of production, operation, circulation, promotion and overall management of State Lotteries for 12 years.

We clarify that file A is referring to the technical bid and the participation Letter of Guarantee, while December the 10th the submission of financial bid will follow.
