Αthens, November 22, 2012 – The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA), in accordance with Law 3556/2007, 1/434/03.07.2007 Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, article 13 of Law 3340/2005 and 3/347/12.07.2005 Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that:

According to its transaction notification of 22.11.2012, PIRAEUS BANK SA sold 53,026 shares of OTE SA a total value of 207,101.40 euro on November 21, 2012.  

OTE SA announces this transaction since Mr. Vassilios Fourlis, Member of its Board of Directors, is also a Member (Non-Executive) of the Board of Directors of PIRAEUS BANK SA.
