Following the decision of the ATHEX board of directors on June 2, 2005 with respect to the transfer of the shares of the company FOINIX METROLIFE S.A. into Market B (Low Liquidity & Production Activity), the deletion of the company?s shares from the indices in which it participates is expected to take place.

More specifically, the following changes will be realized on the indices? composition:

• Main Market Composite Index

The shares of the company are deleted from the said Index and are replaced by the shares of the company ELAIS S.A

• Total Return Index of the Main Market Composite Index

The shares of the company are deleted from the aforesaid Index and are replaced by the shares of the company ELAIS S.A.

• Insurance Index

The shares of the company are removed from the Index in question without however their immediate replacement from another company?s shares. The vacant position in the composition of the said Index will be covered in the next indices? review.

The aforementioned changes will be put into force after the close of the ATHEX trading session on 2/06/2005.
