This announcement is made in the context of article 6, paragraph 1(b) case (iv) of the Capital Market Commission Decision 3/347/12.7.2005, considering that PIRAEUS SECURITIES S.A. is controlled by PIRAEUS BANK and that Mr. George P. Alexandridis participates in the Board of PIRAEUS BANK as an Independent Non-Executive Member and, at the same time, in the Board of MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. as Non-Executive Member.
