The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou  son of Fokion, shareholder and Executive BoD member, proceeded on 07/11/12 to the sale of 3,208 common shares at the price of 2.90 euros of total value 9,303.20 euros.
