MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A. informs the investing public that it will release its First Half 2012 Financial Results under IFRS on Wednesday, August 8, 2012 before market opening.

The Group's management will host a conference call with analysts on the same day at 17:30 (GR) following the release, to review the results.
