It is hereby announced that on October 30^th, 2012, PIRAEUS BANK S.A. sold 10,000 MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. shares of total value  EURO 69,000. This announcement is made in the context of article 6, paragraph 1(b) case (iv) of the Capital Market Commission Decision 3/347/12.7.2005, considering that Mr. George P. Alexandridis participates in the Board of PIRAEUS BANK S.A. as an Independent Non-Executive Member and at the same time participates in the Board of MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. as Non-Executive Member.
