It is hereby announced that on October 31^st, 2012, PIRAEUS SECURITIES S.A. sold 21,000 MOTOR OIL shares of total value EURO 146,860. This announcement is made in the context of article 6, paragraph 1(b) case (iv) of the Capital Market Commission Decision 3/347/12.7.2005, considering that PIRAEUS SECURITIES S.A. is controlled by PIRAEUS BANK and that Mr. George P. Alexandridis participates in the Board of PIRAEUS BANK as an Independent Non-Executive Member and, at the same time, in the Board of MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. as Non-Executive Member.
