Αthens, November 20, 2012 – The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA), in accordance with Law 3556/2007, 1/434/03.07.2007 Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, article 13 of Law 3340/2005 and 3/347/12.07.2005 Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that:

According to its transactions' notifications of 19.11.2012 and 20.11.2012, PIRAEUS BANK SA sold 50,000 shares of OTE SA a total value of 185,750.00 euro on November 16, 2012 and 50,000 shares of OTE SA a total value of 188,670.27 euro on November 19, 2012 respectively.  

OTE SA announces these transactions since Mr. Vassilios Fourlis, Member of its Board of Directors, is also a Member (Non-Executive) of the Board of Directors of PIRAEUS BANK SA.
