It is hereby announced that on November 29^th 2012, PIRAEUS BANK S.A. sold 65,991 MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. shares of total value  EURO 530,291.20. This announcement is made in the context of article 6, paragraph 1(b) case (iv) of the Capital Market Commission Decision 3/347/12.7.2005, considering that Mr. George P. Alexandridis participates in the Board of PIRAEUS BANK S.A. as an Independent Non-Executive Member and, at the same time, in the Board of MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. as Non-Executive Member.
