PPCS.A.announces that the Natural Gas Supply Contract with DEPA S.A and the Settlement Agreement for all pending disputes between PPC and DEPA were signed yesterday, 29.10.2012, in accordance with the relevant approvals of the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting of the Company's Shareholders held on 4.10.2012
