Announcement in the context of the Law 3556/2007 - Transaction Acknowledgment

EYDAP S.A., pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/30.4.2007, the Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 and the Circular No. 33/2007 of the HCMC informs the investment community, that on Monday, October 22^th, 2012 received notification from Piraeus Bank S.A., that the direct and indirect percentage of voting rights held by Piraeus Bank S.A. surpassed 10%, reaching 10.0165%, which is equivalent to 10,667,588 direct and indirect voting rights.
