Attica Bank: Election of new member of the Board of Directors

In accordance with the provisions of resolution Νο. 3/347/12.07.2005 (art. 2, par 2(e)) of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, Attica Bank S.A announces that its Board of Directors, meeting on 30/10/2012, elected Mrs. Katerina Zevgoli as independent, non-executive member of the Board of Directors, following the resignation of Mr. Georgios Palaiodimos. Therefore, following the election of Mrs. Katerina Zevgoli, the composition of the Board of Directors of Attica Bank, is the following:

-         Ioannis Gamvrilis, Chairman of the BoD and Executive Director (executive member)

-        Argyrios Zafeiropoulos, Vice-Chairman of the BoD (executive member)

-         Ioannis Ioannidis (executive member)

-         Evangelos Delis (executive member)

-         Athanasios Stathopoulos (non-executive member)

-         Athanasios Presvelos (non-executive member)

-         Ilias Pertzinidis (independent, non executive member)

-         Periklis Karaiskos (non-executive member)

-         Dimitrios Voganatsis (independent, non executive member)

-         Alexandros Antonopoulos (non-executive member)

-         Katerina Zevgoli (independent, non executive member)

-        Efthymia Deli (non-executive member)

-        Konstantinos Gouvalas (non-executive member)

-        Georgios Chortareas (non-executive, additional member of the BoD according to the provisions of Law 3723/2008).

The above decision, in accordance with article 18, par. 7 of the Law 2190/1920, will be validated at the next general meeting that will be held by the Bank. Following the election of Mrs. Katerina Zevgoli, no further changes are introduced as to the composition of the BoD, its competences and the powers of representation.
