Following, the transfer, as of August 3, 2006, of the shares of the company PETZETAKIS S.A. to the "Under Supervision" Category Trading ?from the "Middle and Small Cap" Category- the shares of the company will be deleted from the Indices in which it participates.
Specifically, the following changes will be effected in the Indices composition:

FTSE/Athex SmallCap 80
The shares of the company PETZETAKIS S.A. are deleted from the Index and are replaced by the shares of the company LIVANIS PUBLICATIONS S.A. (weighting 30%).

FTSE/Athex 140
The shares of the company PETZETAKIS S.A. are deleted from the Index and are replaced by the shares of the company LIVANIS PUBLICATIONS S.A. (weighting 30%).

FTSE/Athex Chemicals
The shares of the company PETZETAKIS S.A. are deleted from the said Index without being replaced by the shares of another company.

FTSE/Athex Media
The shares of the company LIVANIS PUBLICATIONS S.A. are included in the said Index (weighting 30%).

The aforesaid changes will be put into force before the start of the ATHEX s trading session on Thursady, August 3, 2006.
