INTRALOT announces, according to L.3556/2007 that:

The company NAKULA MANAGEMENT Ltd, liable Legal Entity according to L.3556/2007, notified on November 27, 2012 that on November 21, 2012 purchased common registered shares of INTRALOT which was concluded on the settlement date November 26, 2012 and as a result its participation increased to 5.191% (8,252,490 shares bearing voting rights of the 158,961,721 total number of shares).

According to the above notification the shareholder of the shares is Deutsche Bank (Suisse) SA.
