Financial Calendar

The corporation SELECTED TEXTILES SA in accordance to regulation 4.1.4.3.1 of Athens Stock Exchange Market, informs the investing public for the events of the financial calendar:

1. The Annual General Shareholders Meeting will be held on Friday, 28 December 2012.

2. The Annual Group's Financial Statement, related to financial year 2011-2012 will be published on Friday, 28 September 2012.

3. The Board of Directors will propose on General Shareholders Meeting the non distribution of dividend.
