The company “GEK TERNA S.A.”, in compliance with the provisions of par. 4.1.3.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation and article 10, par. 1 of L. 3340/2005, informs the Investors that the special tax audit for the fiscal year 2011, conducted by the legal Auditor in accordance with the provisions of article 82 par. 5 of L. 2238/1994, has been concluded and the relevant Tax Certificate has been issued without any reservations.
