Following the decision of the ATHEX Board of Directors on 3/04/2006 to promote, as from Monday, April 10, 2006, the shares of seven (7) companies from the ?Medium & Small Cap? category to the ?Big Cap? category, the following changes will be realized in the composition of the ATHEX Indices:

The aforementioned changes will be put into effect prior to the start of the trading session of the ATHEX on Monday, April 10, 2006.

In addition, the weighting % of the companies "BABIS VOVOS INTERNATIONAL TECHNICAL CO. S.A." (from 50.0% to 75.0%) and "EGNATIA BANK S.A." (from 100.0% to 75.0%) is changed in all the FTSE/ATHEX Indices in which they are participating. The changes in the weighting % of the aforesaid shares in the said Indices will become effective prior to the start of the trading session of the ATHEX on Wednesday, April 12, 2006.
