As a result of the semi-annual review of the FTSE/Athex Index series the following changes will take place:

• For the FTSE/Athex 20 Index, there were no additions to or deletions from this index, only one (1) investability weight change to existing constituents. See attached file

• For the FTSE/Athex Mid 40 Index, a total of one (1) additions, one (1) deletions from this index and five (5) investability weight changes to existing constituents. See attached file

• For the FTSE/Athex International Index, a total of ten (10) additions, no deletions from and six (6) investability weight changes to existing constituents. See attached file

• For the FTSE/Athex SmallCap 80 Index, a total of eleven (11) additions, eleven (11) deletions from this index and four (4) investability weight changes to existing constituents. See attached file

• For the FTSE/Athex 140 Index, a total of sixteen (16) additions, eleven (11) deletions from this index and eleven (11) investability weight changes to existing constituents. See attached file

Following the changes in the FTSE/Athex 140 constituents there will also be changes in the FTSE/Athex Sector Indices.

During the next review the liquidity criteria, will be calculated without the block trades

All changes will be effective as of Thursday June 01, 2006.
