Following the fact that the trading of the shares of the companies "GOODY''S S.A", "CHIPITA INTERNATIONAL S.A" and "UNCLE STATHIS S.A" will cease as of September 1, 2006, due to the merger with the Company "DELTA HOLDINGS S.A" following the Decisions of the Companies'' General Meetings and the relevant Decisions of the Ministry of Development, for the deletion of "GOODY''S S.A", "CHIPITA INTERNATIONAL S.A" and "UNCLE STATHIS S.A" from the Official Register of Societes Anonymes, the shares of the companies will be deleted from the Indices in which they participate.

Specifically, the following changes will be effected in the ATHEX Indices composition:

ATHEX Composite Share Price Index
The shares of the company CHIPITA INTERNATIONAL S.A are deleted from the Index and are replaced by the shares of the company ELAIS - UNILEVER S.A. (weighting 100%).

ATHEX Composite Total Return Index
The shares of the company CHIPITA INTERNATIONAL S.A are deleted from the Index and are replaced by the shares of the company ELAIS - UNILEVER S.A. (weighting 100%).

FTSE/International Index
The shares of the companies GOODY''S S.A and CHIPITA INTERNATIONAL S.A are deleted from the Index without being replaced by the shares of another company.

FTSE/Athex SmallCap 80
The shares of the companies UNCLE STATHIS S.A. are deleted from the Index and are replaced by the shares of the company DIAS AQUA CULTURE S.A. (weighting 50%).

FTSE/Athex 140
The shares of the companies GOODY''S S.A and CHIPITA INTERNATIONAL S.A are deleted from the Index without being replaced by the shares of another company. The shares of the company UNCLE STATHIS S.A, are deleted from the Index and are replaced by the shares of the company DIAS AQUA CULTURE S.A. (weighting 50%).

FTSE/Athex Food - Beverage
The shares of the companies UNCLE STATHIS S.A. and CHIPITA INTERNATIONAL S.A. are deleted from the Index and shares of the company DIAS AQUA CULTURE S.A are introduced in the index with weighting 50%, due to their participation in the FTSE/Athex 140 index.

FTSE/Athex Travel - Leisure
The shares of the company GOODY''S S.A are deleted from the Index without being replaced by the shares of another company

The aforesaid changes will be put into force before the start of the ATHEX s trading session on September 1, 2006.
