Announcement of cancellation & deletion of 21 shares of INTRACOM HOLDINGS
The INTRACOM HOLDINGS (hereinafter “the Company”) informs the investing public that the B' Repeat Session of the 28.06.2012 Annual General Meeiting of Company's Shareholders, held on 20.07.2012, decided to decrease the Company's share capital by the amount of €29,61, reducing the total number of shares from 133.026.017 to 133.025.996 Common Registered voting shares, of nominal value €1,41 each, through the cancellation of 21 own shares, according to the article 16 of C.L. 2190/1920.
The aforementioned 21 shares were acquired by the Company during the second half of the year 2006, following the decision of the 28.06.2006 Annual General Meeting, according the article 16 of C.L. 2190/20, as it was valid before its replacement by Law 3604/2007. The 21 own shares haven't been transferred within a three years period from their acquisition.
After the above decrease, the Company's share capital amounts to €187.566.654,36, divided into 133.025.996 Common Registered voting shares, of nominal value €1,41 each.
On July 25, 2012, the decision K2-5377 of the Minister of Development, was filed with the Societes Anonymes Register, approving the amendment of the article 5, par. 1 of the Company's Articles of Association, about the share capital.
The Athens Exchange during its session on 28.08.2012, was informed about the aforementioned decrease of the Company's share capital, through the cancellation of its 21 Common Registered shares.
Following the above, the Company sets that the 21 Common Registered shares will end trading οn the Athens Exchange on Monday, September 3, 2012.
