JPMORGAN ASSET MANAGEMENT HOLDINGS INC. informed the Company in writing on 21.06.2013 that, because of a triggering transaction on 19.06.2013 it indirectly holds, through its subsidiary JPMORGAN ASSET MANAGEMENT (UK) LTD, less than 5.00% of the share capital of HELEX (from 5.06% before the transaction).

JPMORGAN ASSET MANAGEMENT (UK) LTD is a 100% subsidiary of JPMORGAN ASSET MANAGEMENT HOLDINGS (UK) LTD, which in turn is a 100% subsidiary of JPMORGAN ASSET MANAGEMENT INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, which in turn is a 100% subsidiary of JPMORGAN ASSET MANAGEMENT HOLDINGS INC.
