ANNOUNCEMENT

Mr. Nikolaos Hatziargyriou, Professor of the National Technical University of Athens, submitted his resignation from the position of Deputy CEO of PPC SA, responsible for the Transmission and Distribution Networks. His resignation was accepted by the Chairman and CEO Mr. Arthouros Zervos and will take effect on September 1^st, 2012.
